Can't type

So, my dad's computer had to restart.

But when the login password screen shows up, he can't type at all. And the keyboard is connected to the computer.

Can someone quickly help me, please?

We don't have another keyboard, in my knowledge.

We changed the USB ports, however that did nothing.

And we just solved the problem.

 

The control button was pressed and it was kept that way for some reason.
