Using a 5D mark III and 50mm f/1.2 Lens

I'm pretty disappointed with the lighting tbh, always busy in the afternoon so I cant do natural sunlight shot

meanwhile if I do it at night , my 'workshop' lighting will be too yellow

might drop at local ace today and buy some white lighting

50 f/1.2 WHAT !!! how much was that ??

I use it for everything, my style of photo is more on candid

I am actually very disappointed at the moment, It took me nearly 2 months to assemble this with all my hectic life

now when it's near completion, the motherboard decided to die

sigh I dont know if I have to wait longer for RMA now, hope they've ready stock to replace mine...

Jeeeeeez, that's so unlucky. I was expecting finished pics this far down the track, have you got any idea how the board died? Its a new Black edition as well  :huh:. Hope they can give you one quickly... B)

the build is on hold :(

Everything went so well yesterday, the bubbles are all gone and loving how silent the res and pump

Even took some pretty picture already

But the motherboad died for no clear reason

Debug code 00 no matter what I do

Gonna RMA it tomorrow hopefully theyve stock to replace mine :(

Good news that the seller have 6 in stock, so if I pass the RMA test he will send his stock first to replace mine

hell yeah its an overkill

but ... I was so drunk when I ordered the motherboard + cpu, but I didn't regret it lol

I really wanna learn to do videography with my DSLR, so that might help a little

It's going good.

 

I got a Poker2 with mx-blues coming in the mail (my first 60%), as well as a QFR with custom plate and clears.

 

Hope you get your MoBo replacement back soon. I can't wait to see the finished product.

Yeah it's one that lets you open the switches without desoldering.   I know what you mean. I don't plan on getting any more until the CM Storm Nova Touch comes out, and if Unicomp makes a SSK.

Sorry for skipping a few log updates, it's been a busy week with all the Chinese New Year Fes and family gathering

 

but I've received a new motherboard, fill the loop and currently typing with it :)

 

Everything went well , even took the final shots

 

I'll have it up by tonight, it's church time ... !

Yeah I do bought all the water cooling stuff from the US, you can get one from European store too

Doesn't your reservoir feel naked from switching from colored coolant to just plain distilled water? :P

 

Whats your thoughts on the FMJ res jackets?

actually no, I love how simple the DI water looks

and I would never buy any other reservoir except AQ or what I heard XSPC Photon

it's made of glass which is solid and heavy. Not like any other acrylic tubes which get micro scratches by time from my experience

and believe me I've tried many brands
