Promo code?

So I have really been wanting Ghost Recon WIldlands ever since the open beta but I want to trade for it on Reddit (I know scammers exist but I've done it before) but first I wanna know if there is any way for me to redeem an Nvidia promo code since I don't have a GTX 10xx card.

Yeah don't you nowadays need to have the GPU the code belonged to in your system for the code redeeming thing to work?

Sadly people can't just give you the Steam code anymore (or uplay I guess)

I actually have no clue how it works tbh. I think if I gave them my steam/uplay account info they could do it, but no way I would do that lol
