I'm planning on overclocking my Ryzen 7 1700. I have a gtx 1060 6gb, 250gb SATA SDD, 1tb 7200 rpm Hard Drive, 16gb 3000mhz DDR4 ram, and a X370 ATX motherboard. PCParkPicker estimates my power cosumption at around 350w. Is this accurate for overclocking, or do I need a PSU with significantly higher power capabilities. Also, do you have some recommendations for quality PSU's.

I would recommend an EVGA 650/750 G2/G3

CPU: Intel Core i7-5820K | Motherboard: AsRock X99 Extreme4 | Graphics Card: Gigabyte GTX 1080 G1 Gaming | RAM: 16GB G.Skill Ripjaws4 2133MHz | Storage: 1 x Samsung 860 EVO 1TB | 1 x WD Green 2TB | 1 x WD Blue 500GB | PSU: Corsair RM750x | Case: Phanteks Enthoo Pro (White) | Cooling: Arctic Freezer i32

Mice: Logitech G Pro X Superlight (main), Logitech G Pro Wireless, Razer Viper Ultimate, Zowie S1 Divina Blue, Zowie FK1-B Divina Blue, Logitech G Pro (3366 sensor), Glorious Model O, Razer Viper Mini, Logitech G305, Logitech G502, Logitech G402

A 1700 and 1060 will rarely, if ever, exceed more than about 200W under load so add maybe 50W for overclocking and you're still under the 350W suggested draw from PCPP.

An EVGA 550G2 can usually be found for about $80 and that's a solid deal.

My account is almost entirely dormant. Hope you all are having a grand time. Many years of fun were had here.
