Case - Corsair Obsidian Series 350D Performance Micro ATX Computer Case with Windowed Side Panel CC-9011029-WW - Black

Mobo - ASUS P8Z77-M LGA 1155 Intel Z77 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 Micro ATX Intel Motherboard

Processor - Intel Core i5-3570K Quad-Core Processor 3.4 GHz 4 Core LGA 1155 - BX80637I53570K

I am looking for a low profile CPU fan that is awesome at cooling for some OCing and won't block any of my ram, looks cool going with a color scheme of blue and black and that will fit in the case and not be a tug fit. I want some room so it doesn't look ridiculous.

Oh and it also has to fit intel 1155.

Why would you get an LP cooler? Pretty sure that case has the space big time.

Where the RAM slots are located, a to big of a cooler would block a slot or 2

Is the issue that you want to see the ram or just so it fits?

Get an NH-D14. It'll clear any standard height memory.

You sort of dug yourself in a whole there with the ram.

You'd either go with the U14s or an AIO and replace the stock fan.

Who else makes good RAM that is blue and on the cheap side?

Didn't you already buy the ram?

Btw, brand doesn't affect performance. Ram is ram.

I didn't purchase it yet but I also want to find a cpu cooler that is black or blueish

In that case, why Ivy and not Haswell? Also, you should be planning your build as a whole and not part by part.

Oh i alrdy got my build set out i just want to know about cpu fan cause i rather not go with liquid cooling and just get a decent/decent looking heatsink with fan. I am getting the Ivy cause i do not plan on doing major gaming on this or some other stuff. Mainly just some MMOs playing LoL and such but want to do at max graphics with no hiccups cause i do plan on streaming also.

I also went with Ivy cause i want to stick with asus mobo but their haswell ones are gold and i dont like that color, sticking with a black and blue color scheme.

League is very, very light and mmo's are light in general. Are you doing no heavy gaming at all? Because you can go quite cheaper if you are.

Also, what about the rest of your build?

Are you dead set on getting an Asus mobo?

Well i trust asus but i have heard that all mobo are basically the same now it just depends on what special features they have. I will be getting BF4 and i wana play that on hi setting with no probs. I will soon be doing more heavy gaming but not crysis or anything like that.

That is my build, its a little over my budget and I really don't want to go any higher. If i knew of a nice mobo that would last me for a good long time and didn't have many DOA reviews i would get one but not many haswell mobos have a color schem with blue or blakc on it only gigabyte. Do you think you could help me here?

It can do about 4.2Ghz with my chip with no throttling so to most people here that's not very good.

There is a 92mm noctua fan and it's the loudest thing in my rig during normal usage.
