What are the best Dell Audio settings for music and for watching YouTube videos?

Obviously depends on too many things for anyone to answer: your personal taste most of all, your speakers/headphones, what you're listening to, even the room acoustics.

 

Figure out what each setting/slider does and adjust to your liking.

It's very rare to find anything that's "best" in the audio world.

A lot of stuff is definitely, undeniably bad, but very little is "the best."

Almost everything is personal preference.

I hate it when OEMs do this. Just do whatever sounds good to you, also if there is anyway to turn off all the effects when headphones are plugged in, it would be a good idea to try that.  Software audio tricks like this do tend to improve laptop speaker performance (since anything is better than garbage anyway), but tend to go overboard when it comes to the aux output.
