Hello!

Thanks for taking the time to read my thread.

I'm looking for some help with a on and off issue i've been having recently with my gaming rig.
Firstly my spec's

6600k with 4.5ghtz overclock
Asus ROG maximus viii gene mobo using the built in OC tool for overclock with latest BIOS update
16gb 8gbx2 2666mhtz Corsair vengeance lpx ram using XMP in bios
Gigabyte gtx1070 G1
Corsair force 120gb SSD
WD blue 1TB
EVGA supernova 650 G2 power supply
Corsair h100i CPU cooler

I built this PC about a year ago and worked perfectly for a good 6/7 months but i've been experiencing random lockups during youtube videos leaving my computer frozen but my mouse still moves but cannot access CTL ALT DELETE etc. forcing me to hard reboot my PC basically. it seems to hang forever not resulting in a crash or BSOD.
This issue has persisted for a couple of months i put it down to possibly my SSD.

As of last month i've experienced several BSOD's during gaming, firstly when playing Heros of the storm Beta, the game crashed then after restarting the game my computer BSOD with Memory_management as the code.
I did some Googling on the code and it points to Ram/Harddrive.

So first things first i ran the windows registry checker, no problems. windows memory checked, no problems found.

I also read it may be caused by a new install and possible conflict somewhere. so i uninstalled everything related to HOTS because it seemed the problem started right after i downloaded the beta for HOTS, atleast the BSOD's. Then reinstalled the game and the problem didn't seem to happen again. I played hours of Diablo and abit of GTA since then and haven't had a BSOD, till tonight when playing Diablo the same BSOD and memory_management.
Event viewer tells me there was a Bug check 0x0000001a (0x0000000000061941, 0x00000001413ae600, 0x000000000000000d, 0xffff9781d11aba80). at the time of the BSOD but i cant seem to find any concrete information about what that event means.

If anyone has any experience with these issues and could help narrow down my problem it would be greatly appreciated. i can provide any logs etc required.
My gut tells me to replace the SSD and Ram with a fresh windows install and that should solve the issue but my worry is the issue persists and then i'm stuck for ideas.

Thanks guys and gals!

Hey guys and gals! If anyone has any other suggestions. Is a more powerfully power supply possibly a solution? its been pointed out to me on another forum that my 650W may be lacking. Id really just like to know for sure it isn't anything to do with my CPU/GPU or Mobo. I have a new set of ram coming in on Saturday and i'm going to fresh install windows on a new HyperX savage SSD tomorrow. I've also returned my bios to default wiping my OC for now to see if the system stays stable during gaming. The PSU in my system is practically brand new EVGA G2 650W i thought this would be suitable for my modest system. should i aim for a 750/800W??

Thanks again for all your help!
