I7-6800k overcooked

So I'm not a pro at overcooking and I don't really fancy frying my CPU . So my CPU runs stable at 4.3Ghz 1.425 V I tried 1.4 V and crash after 22 seconds . The CPU runs at 75/90 C and I know this is capable of 105 C . I tried 1.5 V and 4.4 GHz but it crash . What should I do to get it up to 4.4 + GHz and is it safe to go above 1.5V ? Also they are so many options there. So I heave 2 questions . 1 is it safe for me to go above 1.5v . 2 what I can do apart from increasing vcore voltage to get my CPU above 4.3+ GHz

If I were you, I would dial back a bit... 90C is really high.

Still keep an eye out though. Though I really wouldn't go any higher since any higher would put you in mid 80s-90s which isn't good. I'd just try to undervolt it and keep it at 4.3.

I wouldn't go 80 and I'd say bring it down to 4.0-4.2max dial back the voltage to 1.4 or less. I get 4.0 at 1.22v but that keeps me under 62 so it has some room. I'm guessing it could do 4.2 at 1.35-1.4v but I haven't tried

Having issues with a Corsair AIO? Possible fix here:

Are you getting weird fan behavior, speed fluctuations, and/or other issues with Link?

Are you running AIDA64, HWinfo, CAM, or HWmonitor? (ASUS suite & other monitoring software often have the same issue.)

Corsair Link has problems with some monitoring software so you may have to change some settings to get them to work smoothly.

-For AIDA64: First make sure you have the newest update installed, then, go to Preferences>Stability and make sure the "Corsair Link sensor support" box is checked and make sure the "Asetek LC sensor support" box is UNchecked.

-For HWinfo: manually disable all monitoring of the AIO sensors/components.

-For others: Disable any monitoring of Corsair AIO sensors.

That should fix the fan issue for some Corsair AIOs (H80i GT/v2, H110i GTX/H115i, H100i GTX and others made by Asetek). The problem is bad coding in Link that fights for AIO control with other programs. You can test if this worked by setting the fan speed in Link to 100%, if it doesn't fluctuate you are set and can change the curve to whatever. If that doesn't work or you're still having other issues then you probably still have a monitoring software interfering with the AIO/Link communications, find what it is and disable it.

I don't really care about shaving off 5 years of life of my CPU as they usually last about 10 . I barely use  my pc anyway as I'm away most of the time and I does around 100 hours or less a month . The rest of the time the pc is not used. I think I will keep to my 4.3Ghz and try the voltage down as I still do t won't those unessesesery heat coming from the CPU . I assume I just got unlucky with the CPU as I was expecting 4,5 GHz stable on 1.5 V . I'm also clinically diagnose with OCD so I really like to go full out with overcooked not really thinking about the life experience and shaving off the years. I hope this explains my obsession which I must get the clocks as high as possible. Without frying the CPU itself

Fairs I would go full costum water and I'm planning to . Just need to find more time . Also I didn't solve my GPU not getting enough amps problem yet . My coer now is Shadow rock 2 with 2 fans in it (it was a pain to find the mounting for that extra fan on the cooler )
