They probably exist, but I've never seen a modern case that didn't have a cutout.  I think I've seen some from the 90's that don't, but that's it.

I'd recommend something with a metal structure over the plastic one that Intel has. Should help with the support.

Have you considered just getting another intel stock cooler? they can be found super cheap on amazon or ebay.

hmmmm i just wonder if this cooler is a maintenance friendly . u know what i mean . easy to clean from dust
