Logitech G710+ non working keys

Hello everyone,

 

I bought a couple of Logitech G710+ mechanical keyboards and on both there are keys that do not work.  How do I go about fixing them?  I bought one on eBay and got a replacement, now I have 2.  I've tried removing the keys, reseating them, and using compressed air.  I've installed the software/drivers and still some of the keys don't work.

Do you mean they don't register, or don't press down at all?

On 1 keyboard the "c" key does not work....or does not register.  I open word pad and test all the keys.  The "c" key does not register when pressed down.

Register the product and try to RMA? I had a similar issue and they took care of it with an RMA.
