Internal IO Cover

I want to upgrade my computer, its a black and red aesthetic so I'm obviously looking for a red and black or just black motherboard, the problem is that I hate internal IO, theyre so shiny and standout but boards with internal IO covers are typically top of the range and extremely expensive. Does anyone know of a board or boards that have an internal Io cover and are reasonably priced?
