sql database serious problem

When I opened my newly created database in SQL Server 2014, I got - SQL Server Table Corruption Error. I used Google, but there, I didn’t found nothing. I only want to repair mssql database.

Is this an upgrade from an earlier version with existing data? Completely new install?

Would it be an issue to just delete and create a new database?
