First time building question

So I ordered the case below (MS Winston).

The part in red - does that go out when I install the PSU or do I install the power supply on that thing? It seems huge. Can I pop it out any way?

The power supply goes behind it. Its a PSU Shroud so it hides the PSU from view and you route the cables along the back.

That part highlighted is a Power supply shroud. You dont want to take it out. Its job is to keep that area out of site so you dont have to worry as much about cabling down below and giving you storage space should you have excess cabling or slack.
