Ive been posting on here a bit about building a budget gaming pc, but ive came to realise that my set budget may not meet my needs. So im willing to spend a maximum of £600GBP, i know i should probably wait for Ryzen 5 in a couple days to be posting this but i just want to weigh out my options. The games i want to play are Destiny 2 on release, Battlegrounds, H1Z1 and CSGO. 60fps+ and average graphics in these games would be what im looking for. No peripherals needed.

Do your best :)

Well the 1600 is a 6 core, 12 thread CPU while the 7400 is only a 4 core, 4 thread CPU sooo...I guess? :P

Plus the 1600 is clocked higher so the 5-10% increase of IPC in Skylake is also negated...

Looking at my signature are we now? Well too bad there's nothing here...
