This is my first PC that I built and I was wondering if any of you guys could tell me what you would add or change to make this better as a gaming computer but also have in mind a low budget.
Of course, I could have put a better graphics card and such in there but I made what I thought at the time was the best PC for the best price.

1. Ditch FX and go for Intel Pentium G4560 for much faster speed. FX is soooo old and slow

2. Why the hell do you need 32GB of RAM if you're on budget?

3. I would add an SSD

4. Case has enough fan, ditch extra case fans

5. You can install OS on a USB stick so having a DVD drive is pointless (unless you have some real use to that)

6. Get Seasonic S12II instead, it's a better power supply

ok so you already built this thing which makes it hard to give advice on what to do as if you upgrade the gpu it will probably bottleneck in games so you kinda have to upgrade the cpu before it would be worth upgrading the gpu. i mean you could get a slightly faster gpu and it wouldn't bottleneck too much but at that point it isnt worth teh cost of upgrading the gpu as it wont be all that faster than your current one.

I don't see any improvement except for a GPU and more money spent on an old slow FX that I mentioned above

I was thinking about when upgrading this to make it VR ready and my plan was to
Change out the FX I knew it was no where near what I wanted
Buy another 950 and pair the two
And can't remember what else

if you read the post they said they already built the fx build and are just asking what would be the best upgrade. at least that's how i interpreted it. that being said idk why their advice is to upgrade to faster ram.

I'd suggest selling a 950 and get an upgrade,  a pair of 2 old gpu in sli is meh

change out the cpu and i would wait and upgrade the gpu when you have enough money for something good. having 2 gtx 950s in sli is a waste of money as if the game doesn't support sli or has bad scaling you will not see much of a performance increase. sli is generally only used when you cant get a single gpu that is faster than the one you have like if you have a gtx 1080ti. in that case sli is useful because there is no other way to get more performance besides running an sli setup.

My thought was 950 + 950 SLI would be enough to get VR plus its way cheaper than the Titan x or the 1070-80

2 950's brings you no where near a 1070. Don't even get 900 series cards. If you're getting a budget card get a 480.

yes but the rx 480 or the gtx 1060 would outperform a gtx 950 sli setup. the gtx 1070 is in a whole different league compared to the setup you are talking about.

Dual 950s = around 970 performance.

GTX 1060 6GB (3GB unit sucks) and RX 480 4/8GB are in 980 territory, which would bench the poor fucking dual 950s and have better performance in all titles to boot

idk

and that's with good sli support that has good scaling. more likely it would be worse performance than the gtx 970 in most games. also keep in mind that the vram would also become a problem in alot of games too.

this is a PC you'll be able to upgrade in the future with a Z270 motherboard, anothor RX470 when you have the money or when vega and the volta GPUs come out, and a decent PSU

overpriced PSU, much better value to be had in other builds at this price point

idk
