PSU Fan Loud

I have a Rosewill Quark series 1000W PSU and in the past couple of days i have noticed that its fan is running constantly at max speed. Even after a clean restart it starts up fast again with nothing running? most likely something you cant do anything about. this would be a warranty thing.

 

Ive had soooo many loud powersupplys you have no idea, i guess thats just a common thing with old/ cheap power supplys. I usually change the fan with a silencio 120.

If the fan starts up full blast that's usually a PSU protection being triggered. The Quark 1000W is a very good unit so I'd RMA it and get a new one.
