cheap laptop options

I am looking for a new laptop because my old one recently died. I want to know what options i would have at $250 i know its low but my budget is pretty tight since my laptop unexpectedly died. I will use it for coding and some light gaming like csgo(just want over 30fps). I have a desktop but i want something i can take with me easily.

How about a used dell e6420? You can get them with a dgpu and upgrade to a quad core i7 if you want. There also built like a tank and can take a beating.

Probably best to go looking 2nd hand, the $250 laptop market is pretty rough, mostly pentiums and AMD APU's, Atoms too. You'll probably find some low end i3's and mid end ones too, but performance would be lacking.

yea i have noticed that on amazon i was looking around maybe the $400 mark because I might be able to get that soon but anything there on amazon is a scammer selling a $1500 computer for $300-$400.
