Sharing Internet Connection in Windows 7.

I have Windows 7 Professional, and I need to know how I can share my internet connection with another computer. And before you ask "Wouldn't it be easier to get another Ethernet cable?" no for two reasons: A.) All of the Ethernet ports on the router are taken and B.) I'd have to make a bigger hole in the floor for it to go through.

 

Below is an image of what I need to do. And my paint skillz are top notch, right?

Go to Network Adapter Settings > Change Adapter settings, select both Network Adapters that you will be using (Laptop's Wireless and Gigabit), right click > Bridge Connections. Reset your system and maybe your router, but it should be sweet.

Alright. I'll give it a shot tomorrow when I get out of school, and tell you how it goes. I wish I had the $60 needed for Connectify to do this.

I have bridged the said connections to play many games of halo 2.  Although getting the "share internet connection" thingy ma jigger to work properly should be something Microsoft should refine.

That didn't work. On the other computer, it wouldn't connect and it would say something about an IP address with another computer on the network.
