Hey guys,

I have an issue with my new Eizo EV2455.

Trying out a tactical shooter (Squad) I noticed pretty heavy tearing when standing and just looking around the field (moving mouse only).

I had the sRGB mode on and I'm curious now if this is the source of "lag" or if I should retoure my monitor.

Some reviews said it would be a good monitor even for casual gaming.

Thank you in advance :-)

Yes it was enabled.

What is your graphics card? try triple buffering v-sync, if you have a Maxwell or Pascal card make sure Fast-sync is enable.

Might sound weird but do try with no sync at all too, you never know... For fast paced games you want as much frames as possible regardless of your refresh rate:

ehhhhhhhhhhhh it really doesn't make a difference unless you are playing at lan, with 5 ping and 144hz (Aka no one but the pros) for reference i'm supreme and i'v never played with vsync off.

What works for someone doesn't necessarily work to another, the best you can do is try yourself and decide for yourself, me personally feel I aim better with my fps on the 300ish+, I feel less mouse input delay etc so I just don't sync while playing it, tearing honestly doesn't bother me on fast pace games at all... I hardly even feel it to be honest.

I'll only fast sync when I'm playing games I want to look the best they can such as The Witcher 3... cs:go though graphics are it's main deal :P

So I tried it out clearing the cache, switing all the setgings and it works somehow now.

I disables the TXAA anti aliasing and enabled FXAA anti aliasing.
