they're both the same. choose which game bundle and afermarket cooler you like the best.

No difference. They are exactly the same. Literally. It is just a rebadge. Go for an ASUS 280X Matrix or a non-reference 290 if you can afford it. The Matrix is a beast.

Get an R9 280X. They are the equivalent to a 7970 GHz Edition at the cost of a regular 7970.
