Customer service says that the fans cannot be turned on while water cooling the GPU. Seems like a wasted opportunity to cool the card even more. Having a GPU with fans that never turn on seems pointless.

i mean not only the card,you could basically turn this into another small radiator for the loop(prolly wont make much of a difference anyways)

You could probably plug them into a MOBO header/splitter with PWM and set it up yourself manually

I've just read an dutch article about that card. It seems that it will stop running them fans as soon as the temp will allow it. So if the temp will rise alot, the fans should kick back in. But this isn't what customer service said to you...
