GTX 1070 compatibility

Hi, my PC configuration is Intel i5 4570, Asus H87 Plus Motherboard, 8 GB RAM and 430 W PSU.

Would I be able to run GTX 1070 without bottlenecks and do I need to upgrade my PSU?

Its a Corsair CX430. I will not be using it to play games, mostly for running simulations and machine learning.

too low, get a 500 watt psu for a bit of headroom.
