Declines features question.

So I read the declined features and a mobile app was one of them, but I was curious would a third party be allowed to make the app or would LMG strike it as copyright??

A third party can make an unofficial app, provided that it is clearly marked as such. However, there is no API that would provide you with the information that you would need, so you would end up just scraping the HTML to get the information that you need.
