I currently have an OCZ Vertex 4 128GB SSD as my system boot drive. I was just wondering if I would notice a difference in performance, reliability, lifespan, if i were to replace it with a Samsung 840 EVO 120GB.

Thanks for any help.

Yes. In longevity definitely.

OCZ has bad quality recently as their Sandforce controllers tend to fail.

Yes, at the time of getting the Vertex, the EVO was not yet released.
