Custom Case

So i was planning on building a computer case but im nto exactly sure wat i would need part wise. (standoffs, brakets, plates,m sutff like that) would anyone happen to be able to help me out with a list?

You will need a rear IO plate ideally as it would be much easier than to fabricate something from scratch. Places such as mountain mods sell parts, another option would be to cannibalize an old PC case.

i found alot but i couldnt find anything for inserts for motherboard standoffs

If your installing into wood you can directly thread into it but if you want an insert something like this would be good:
