I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...

Builds:

The Toaster Project! Northern Bee!

The original LAN PC build log! (Old, dead and replaced by The Toaster Project & 5.0)

Not always. There is a 36% improvement with the pentium g4560 because it has hyperthreading, basically 2 real cores and 2 fake cores. the architecture on that amd generation was underpowered.

No. http://cpu.userbenchmark.com/Compare/Intel-Pentium-G4560-vs-AMD-FX-8350/3892vs1489

G4560 is a killer gaming chip; while it has 2 cores, the hyper-threading allows it to perform almost like a quadcore. AMD's FX serious was hilariously underpowered compared to their Intel rivals, at least for gaming, because of the relatively low IPCs (and very hot chips in some cases). The FX series really shines when it comes to price/performance in things like rendering that require lots of cores.

Guys the gigabyte B250 DS3H can be had for 8 more USD over the B250M-HDV and offers more RAM slots for expandability.

So what exact rx should I use 470 or 480?

The 470 is slower but isn't too far off the RX 480.

Mostly won't make a big difference unless you need to move the system a lot more.

You added the rx 480 8gb and a new case why?

the rx 480 8gb trades blows with the gtx 1060 6gb and is slightly better than the rx 480 4gb.

not much of a difference between m-atx and atx case when the mobo will be m-atx, you still only get 4 expansion slots at most while the atx case will be more bulky. now back off with your passive-aggressive bullshit.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600X Heatsink: Gelid Phantom Black GPU: Palit RTX 3060 Ti Dual RAM: Corsair DDR4 2x8GB 3000Mhz mobo: Asus X570-P case: Fractal Design Define C PSU: Superflower Leadex Gold 650W

sorry I just heard that Micro ATX is not as good as ATX.

And what do you think about the RX 470 instead of the 480 because I have looked and it funs all the games I want at good frames. Rainbow 6 Siege, Counter Strike: Global Offensive, maybe some Ark survival evolved, And stuff like H1Z1 and battle grounds.
