Where do I plug in CPU cooler?

Cha fan = chassiss fan. As you are talking about a CPU fan, plug it into CPU fan1.

Just place it, it may require you sliding it to get the io lined up on the shield, but it it will lines eighth up with the the standoffs.

There will be standoffs on the largest empty panel for your motherboard to sit on depending on its form factor (i.e. ATX, mATX or mini ITX)

 

EDIT: screws in case packaging and don't forget the IO shield 1st. I suggest watching a basic build video. Process is generally the same due to standards.

There's only one way to place mobo. If you need to ask question like that, I highly recommend reading manuals for your components. Maybe watching build guide or two.
