Depends on what version of windows, it's generally best to have the ethernet drivers and GPU drivers on a USB stick but everything else should download via windows automatically.

The cables always come with the PSU.

Then just have the ethernet/wireless and GPU drivers on standby, windows 10 is pretty good about detecting and downloading everything else. There is a decent chance you might not even need the ethernet or wireless drivers but always better to be safe.

But not the GPU drivers? i think

Windows will install GPU drivers but they aren't the latest or greatest drivers, usually old and outdated ones.

Oh.

Windows has gotten a lot better but I usually like to have the latest and greatest GPU drivers ready to install once it's done. Sometimes it will install all the nvidia or radeon drivers and utilities and other times it won't, never figured out why so I just keep a copy handy.

Only problem is that the old drivers get installed. No the latest ones.
