Is it better to have a good CPU + a good GPU for example: Intel i7500 + Nvidia GTX 1050 2GB?

OR

Is it better to have a cheaper CPU + a better GPU for example: Intel Pemtiun G4560 + Radeon RX 480 8GB?

 

My budget for CPU + GPU combo is 300$. Please Help!!...

there's no good or bad, just what you intend to do now and the future. When i bought my first CPU, i splurged on it over my gpu because i knew i be upgrading my gpu in 2 years.

kinda depends on what you're gonna do specificly.

 

if your games of choice are more cpu bound it's better to go with the stronger cpu

The ryzen 5 1400 (Coming soon at $169) might be a decent choice with a 1050ti maybe? That probably goes to about 300.

wait for ryzen 5 which is coming 11 paired with one of the new polaris 11 or nvidea card. see benchmarks and prices when they realease

btw 1050ti has double the vram and is a litle bit faster than 1050. games today need much more v-ram and the price difference is minimal
