Newegg Groupon question

So Groupon has a this $100 gift card + $10 promo for a  while now. https://www.groupon.com/deals/newegg-3-national-1

 

1) Does this simple work as a gift card that adds balance to your Newegg account to buy anything?

2) The Groupon says Limit 2 per customer, so does that mean I can only buy 2 from groupon and apply a max of 2 to my Newegg account? Or can I use 2 groupon accounts and buy 3/4 and still be able to apply more than 2 like 3/4 to my Newegg account?

 

There is something that is just over 330$ that I want to buy on newegg and this would be 30$ off.

I don't want to risk a chance of Newegg only allowing me to apply 2 of this 100+10$ groupon promo gift card to my newegg account and not letting me apply the 3rd.

Limit of 2 is just a scam sellers do to have an auro of scarceness, like its limited so buy $1,000,000 worth now.

You could use one form of payment for 2 units sending both to an address, then switch it up...... but I am sure they dont really care.
