What do you need me to elaborate on

Is it BSOD? What error code? What exactly is hanging? Where is it hanging? During GRUB? During login? Is it a infinite Windows loop or what?

Saying will not boot into any windows isn't really descriptive

When its "starting up" and the little bubbles move, after about a second it just freezes and BSOD's and instantly resets, i cannot get the Error because it resets to quick (pretty much a flash) linux was booting infinitely, im currently trying another startup disk for Ubuntu

UPDATE: It says "unknown chip-set" when trying to boot into linux and then it just will hang in the boot up

sometimes it clears flags

you could also put old card back in

uninstall driver for card

shutdown put new card in then reboot and driver install

When i tried a 650ti it just got to the screen that has "ubuntu" in the middle and freezes

open bios and look to see if network or pxe is option

if yes then your gonna have to websearch

pxe install windows or linux

this is complicated to do

??? is windows iso still on hdd?  if yes we need cmd line and can just rebuild a bootable iso on flash drive or spare hdd  this easier then pxe but still complicated as no gui. but if we get a cmd line we maybeable run windows in restore mode.

is this a custombuild pc or manufacturer build??? if manufacturer and still originall hdd we have restore options f# key away
