Is a 4570T good for gaming?

So my friend has a AIO with a 4570T and 8GB of ram, will this be enough for playing rainbow six seige? 1080p and setting is determined by how much it can handle..

the CPU is decent, pair it with a RX 480 for high settings 1080p

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...

Its a all in one I don't think things can be added.

well if stuff cant be added the IGPU can get you low settings 1080p CS:GO atleast, but it wont streach any further then that wihout a GPU

Very low clock speed, avoid

It boosts up to 3.6 Ghz (still low, where a gaming CPU starts out)

Rainbow Six Siege's minimum requirements are a GTX 460 or Radeon HD 5770, and the i5-4570T's HD 4600 graphics are considerably slower than either. So I'm not convinced you'd even get playable performance at 720p/low settings.
