The Hunt for the Perfect Monitor Part 2

So generally Speaking. I been searching for a good monitor for gaming and video editing on. However its a tough search.

Any thoughts on these? I'd really like to get something borderless like the 4K monitor, but nothing shows up within a decent price range for the gaming monitors at 1440p
