no man your old rig with my suggestions can kill the new rig you are building water cooling can make you feel as proud as a pro

The rig for 1400 is with watercooling included . Whatspoint to upgrade for 700 i i can build up new for 1400 money is not problem , i want to know if its worth if it will be not reall different , and im pro in cs:go anyway ?
