Contact your case manufacturer to see if you can get a replacement.

I always have issues with the headphone jacks on my front panels, I just run an extension cable from the back of my case for every build I do now.

If you take off the front panel, look at the headphone jack from the inside. Is port itself damaged? Or did you simply break off the connector tip of a pair of headphones?

 

If the latter, you can sometimes pop the broken connector tip back out (Just did this last week at work).

 

If the jack itself is damaged, you can usually buy a replacement directly from the manufacturer (or check eBay, etc).

 

Can you post some detailed, high quality images?
