Oh lord I can't connect to the internet for 3 hours now. I am posting this with my phone

I have them, and my signal is nice and strong. Check your modem, that is usually the problem with TWC.

I am not trying to be a prick, but did you unplug it+take out battery and plug it back in? That usually works.

When my modem stops working, I disconnect the cable line, unplug power, replug the cable line, and plug it back in.

I would just call them and have them send a fresh signal to your house. That usually solves the problem.

I called them at 5 and you know what I waited for 40 mind no one picked up

I keep getting it mixed up, your modem is basically not getting outbound, so they must have a line down, call them and get them to give you compensation!

a node is the connection for your local area. for example mine would be Tampa even though im in Central Florida!
