I want to add a M.2 SSD into my laptop as boot drive. Among the 3 choices, which is the best SSD?

The one that's cheapest, I doubt you will notice a difference between them.

I agree with you there. i got an 11 year old flashdrive from them. case is missing, but it still runs like new
