2. tried other port? using HDMI? DIsplayport? VGA? DVI?

3. mobo = monitor? or motherboard? 

4. How did you connect your 980 to the monitor? 

5. How did u connect rx 460 to monitor?

 

more information would be welcome :P your explaination is very minimal

theres only one pci-e slot the 980 works on that one 

i tried dvi, hdmi and display port tried different cables 

i tried different cables and 3 monitors
