YouTube Upload settings

Help me with what my render settings should be for upload to YouTube.

Want to upload 1080p 60fps gameplay footage to YouTube , i have Premiere , what should be my export settings ?

Dont know for premiere but in vegas i simply put 1920x1080p framerate 60 bitrate- 50 000 000 under mp4 Internet 1080p preset

GPU: GTX 1060 6GB

RAM: 16GB HyperX RAM

CPU: R5 3600 

Motherboard: ASRock B450 Fatal1ty gaming K4

OS: Win 11 Pro 64-bit

you can also do that with premiere just export to 1080p mp4 and the bit-rate you want
