Error page when acknowledging warning

The link I recieved to acknowledge a warning ended in an error page with code 2S119/1, and the page title (inside the html <title>) says "Sorry, you do not have permission for that!".

Although I was able to acknowledge, as there also was the red box in the page to do so, the error page didn't seem normal (obviously)

Were did you find the link to acknowledge the warning (was it an email by any chance)? It looks like the URL you visited was invalid (missing the cross-sit refresh forgery protection token).

got it with an email, I just clicked on the orange button "acknowledge this warning"
