Overclocking a GPU?

Hi!

 

 

If i OC a GPU what it the recommended MHZ to max reach?

 

 

1300 mhz is max or??

It depends on your particular chip, silicon lottery.

It depends on how well your card can overclock. Each card is different and there's no set recommendation.

you should improve the clocks as long as it has no artifacts and has reasonable temps

On most aftermarket coolers you will reach the instability wall before the temperature one so make sure to thoroughly test the OC before you deem it stable.

 

On my particular card I only was able to bump up the core clock 40mhz but the memory clock I pushed up 400 something mhz.
