If you want better responses, you must be more descriptive in your subject.

 

Most likely, you'll only be able to do wireless network with m.2.  Try Intel's 7265NGW.  Currently, there are no ethernet m.2 iterations widely available.  The only ones I've seen are the Innodisk EGUL-G101.
