Windows adding extra input methods by itself!

Using windows 10 pro edition.

 

I have set up 2 languages: 
- Bulgarian: with one layout "traditional phonetic"
- English (Australia) with also one layout "USA, qwerty"
 

And what I get in the taskbar is this:

This "БГР USA" cannot be seen in windows 10 settings menu, nor in control panel. The only place it can be seen is in the taskbar.

Please help me figure out where it's coming from and to get rid of it. Thanks!
