You sort of answered your own question, you want green, get green, but you will have minor staining, par for the course im afraid. The only other thing you can do is to use green tubing and clear coolant

Why not just use green tubing with clear coolant?

Mayhems have become a pretty common name brand now, the pastel stuff is really good but as mentioned any colored coolant will have the potential to discolor parts of the loop.
