These types of fan controllers won't care what color fans you have, though, yes, it will let you manually set the fan speed and adjust it without needing software.

No, the only color that will deal with is the one on the controller itself. It may adjust how bright the fan is via how much power is being fed to the fan, but that's it.

Does your motherboard support fan controls?

Updated ones should.

 

 

There are fans that have the led color on them. You need to buy the color fans you want and install them.
