VPN for a single app

Hello guys,

 

I live outside the US and I would love to use Pandora. I have discovered it many many years ago and I only recently thought of a way of using it with my laptop. I use Chrome Canary with a crappy free VPN that automatically starts when I open the browser, and I just use it for that. I also use the "normal" Chrome for everything else, so if I change password those two are synchronised (also with my phone).

Basically, I would like to do the same thing. The problem is, when I try with my phone, it just VPN all of the connection, and not just the app itself.

 

Do you guys have any idea?
