So after seeing Logan from TS tweet the deal of the day, a 120 GB Kingston HyperX for $75 (http://www.ebay.com/itm/331042574901?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1497.l2649)

I went ahead and ordered one, I know there is some ways to transfer OS through a program provided by a SSD manufacturer (Can't remember who...) but I'm also aware of doing it manually. I.E. Clean install, then transferring files to a backup HDD before formatting old OS HDD.

I'd very much like to avoid that, with over 600 Gigs on my OS drive atm i'm not sure but i believe that the transfers would take several days (Correct me if i'm wrong).

So I guess i'm wondering if anyone here knows of a program/way to do this without a hassle, and if not what then is the easiest way to achieve the same results without it being a major pain in the arse.

Thanks,

L

humm. hmmm. indeed hmmm. well. wouldnt it be easier to just cleaninstall the os on drive  B and just wipe it form driva a when the time comes ?. that way you wouldnt lose any files.

I'd guess but wouldn't the computer think it was a Dual Boot when initaly starting up?

Also do you know of a way that a person can delete files by hand without loosing data.

Mainly i'm thinking of OS files, I'm someone that dosn't like clutter.
