Editing On A Budget!

I need a new monitor for video editing and some light color grading + photo editing (only for uploading to web and not for printing)

I'm really confused b/w DELL U2414H VS LG 24MP88HV.  

Both of them claim to provide over 99% sRGB which i guess is probably all I'll ever need and i'm OK with 1080p 60Hz ( no gaming will be done on them)

In my country (india) LG is almost 80$ cheaper than DELL, but I've read that Dell has better colors out of the box.( I don't have anything for color calibration with me)

So , which one do you guys suggest i should go for? 

Or any suggestion other than these two?

My budget is around 200-300$

The Dell U2414H is only rated at sRGB 96%+
