And under 300 CAD. (THATS WITH TAX) [to get tax take the price and times it by 1.13]

Is there a better motherboard at 300CAD for gaming and overclocking? (maybe good audio)

Motherboard don't affect gaming performance directly and at this budget frankly most of the boards are more than sufficient. So, any well reviewed board that you like the look of will do well.
