512 GB intel 600P NVMe ssd

 

the reason I ask is because I had a horrible stutter gaming, offline/online, low game video settings, but only through my HDMI port on the video card. All drivers are updated, BIOS, Chipset, Video drivers... 

 

I had to RMA my memory because one of my memory sticks never lit up, the system saw the total 16 GB. I tried with/without the G.skill TridentZ software but still wouldn't light up. Tried the reset/uninstall procedures but nothing worked.

I think you know your specs are fine. Regardless, what games? Constant stuttering? What resolution/refresh rate are you playing at? Have you always had the problem, or is it recent? Is it all games? Or just specifics?

Killing Floor 2 and Doom mostly. its not constant, game play will be fine for a minute or 2 then a stutter for about 2 seconds.. sound and video seem to stutter at the same time. I'm playing at 1920x1080. its a brand new setup, fresh install. the stutter only happens when using my HDMI from video card to my tv. could it be because my tv refresh rate is way too slow? i believe its only a 60Hz
